This week I have finished a quilt, and have finished 2 flimsy. That was a lot for me to get done. I posted my achivements on Confessions of a Fabric Addict http://confessionsofafabricaddict.blogspot.com, "Can I Get a Whoop Whoop!" on Fridays to show off what we have finished that week. Go over to her link and show off what you have done. It makes you feel good!

ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love your choice of contrasting thread in your quilting!
Whoop! Whoop! Nice job and a great finish, the back is just as pretty as the front on your browns and reds quilt!
ReplyDeleteOooh, Marsha, I love that finished quilt - actually pinned it in Pinterist before I remembered this is your blog! I've got some great material stashed away that would look great in this pattern! And your strip quilt is awesome, too!! Whoop whoop!!
ReplyDeleteVery nice job on that finish!! Love the fabric and the quilting.
ReplyDeleteWhoop Whoop! Is that Jelly Roll quilt one of those you can make fast, fast, fast? Congrats on your quilt and the cute flimsies :-) And howdy from the Cumberland Plateau!
ReplyDeleteAwesome finishes. Love your quilt and your flimsies. The back of the quilt is wonderful. I always like to see pieced backings. However, i loved reading about your great great grandmother's quilt tops you found. What a treasure and I am sure you will enjoy finishing them. I have 2 of my grandmother's and one of my GGGrandmother's tops, I cherish them so much. Welcome to bloggy land~!
