Halloween Movies

What is your favorite movies for Halloween. Now I'm not a favorite of scray movies like Halloween 1,2,3,4,5,6,ect...., Friday the 13th.
I like ( since I get scared easly);
Hocus Pocus: Max hates Halloween, but when he accidentally resurrects three evil witches, he, with the help of his little sister, his new crush, and an adorable black cat, must save the town.

Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas: Halloween and Christmas clash in this stop motion animated musical. When the Halloween Town pumpkin king stumbles upon Christmas Town, he tries to get his town to celebrate the Christmas holiday as well – but things don’t go as planned.

The Haunted Mansion: Eddie Murphy stars as Jim Evers, a workaholic real estate agent who cuts his family vacation short to work on a business deal. He drags his family to the Gracey Manor where they discover that the mansion is haunted and houses the answer to a very important mystery. The Evers’ form a stronger bond as a family while trying to escape.

All time Favorite!!! It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown: Linus spends the night in a pumpkin patch in hopes of spotting the Great Pumpkin in this classic children’s film: “Tonight the Great Pumpkin will rise out of the pumpkin patch. He flies through the air and brings toys to all the children of the world.” Meanwhile Charlie Brown is invited to his first Halloween party and the rest of Peanuts gang celebrate the spooky holiday!

And Don't forget this one,
Beetlejuice: A ghost couple who will do anything to get the newly moved in family out of their house. When their haunting doesn’t work, they enlist the help of Beetlejuice to scare them away.

HOW TIME FLIES WHEN YOUR HAVING FUN!!!!

It's been a while since I have sat down and just found some time to blog. I can't beleive how long it's been. I got a job in September at the Middle School to be an Education Assistant, so I have been rearranging my schedule on how I use to do things. The school is off for fall break for 2 weeks. My Mom and Dad took my 12yr old son to Idaho, to go huntting and fishing with his uncle. But my 16 yr old did not get off the 2 weeks for fall break, his on a different schedule, so I'm staying over at mom and dad's house to stay with him while he goes to school. Now that I've caught ya'll up, lets get to what's exciting.

I Won great giveaway on Sept 29, from Red Pepper Quilt sponsered by JAQS Fabrics (thank you!!!!)

3 yard of Urban Zoologie Fabric bundle. The fabric is just Awesome!!!

Then I got this email yesterday from "It's Sew KiKi" saying;  Good Morning! Congratulations! You've won the Jelly Roll of "Etchings"!! From The Fat Quarter Shop!!!
Thank You so much!!!!

I can't wait till the holiday's are over with to start back on Quilts
with all these gorgeouis fabrics I have won!!!

So I think that brings me up to date for right now. I'll try not to take so long for my next blog.
Happy Quilting!!!

Take care.

Steve Jobs ( This is what My Son has wrote about a great man)

The Passing Of Steve Jobs is real hard. He helped shape a generation and helped our generation buy, share and listen to music. Bringing the Macs, Ipods, Iphones, Ipads, and the software we use into our hands. The newest Tech that I personally use, but Thank Him for all of those things and PIXAR. For helping fund Pixar, and believing anything is Possible. Thank You So much Steve Jobs From All of us at MADD HATTER STUDIOS.
