Hi There Saturday!!!

Well this week has been busy. I've been Substitute Teacher for a Special Ed class. Those kids are so awesome to be with. So not much sewing has been going on this week. So I thought I would share with you some of my mom's quilt's that she has made over the years.

Mom would make them and then send the tops to Texas to have her cousin Margie quilt
Mom would go to Texas to vist Margie. All they would do is sit there for hours, days just making quilts.
A lot of the quilts are applique.

Now this Sue Bonnet was made by my Great Aunt Dora.

  2. Lovely quilt show with the multiple generations of women. By the way, I really like "How to make an American Quilt" too.
